An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Tuesday, repeating until 31st Mar 2020
This class offers some gentle postures with movements on a chair focusing on the breath. It will also involve some standing poses to promote the strength and mobility of the body. For those who are unable to do the standing poses, modifications and variations can be tailored to the individual’s needs. The class normally finishes with some meditative work.
