| The evening will start with some moving Qigong & a 15 minute Yoga Nidra followed by the Gong Bath. Gong baths envelope you in the warmth of the full spectrum frequencies embodied within its crystalline metallic structure. They immerse the receiver in a deep ocean of resonating sounds enabling the mind to free itself of thoughts, the body of tensions, taking you on a journey from the subtlest strokes of the gong to an orchestra of symphonic proportions. Gong baths are open to anyone who wishes to explore and receive their amazing power. Michael has been using gongs since Gong Master Don Conrieux invited him to play in his first visit to the Uk in the early 1990’s. Don invited him to become his Mongolian Khöömii Overtone Singing teacher & a member Mysterious Tremendum Ensemble. Candida was a graduate of Don Conreaux’s first UK Gong Master Retreat over 20 years ago. She users her collection of Symphonic Gongs in Gong Baths, Yoga Nidra, and Sacred Sound Journey.
