Having pelvic floor leaks or pain sucks. It stops you doing things that would otherwise make your life better, slows you down and generally puts a dampner on things.
Life is too short to live with this entirely fixable situation.
The pelvic floor is a much understood and often ignored, area. In this short session we’ll talk about it’s anatomy and function as well as how it relates to your body and life as a whole.
It’s not going to be an ‘exercise’ class, but there will be some optional movement.
Led by Emilie, a yoga teacher, pelvic floor coach, doula, antenatal teacher and Embodied Yoga Principles teacher.
Suitable for all including pregnant and postnatal folk.
