A 30-minute class consisting of a mixture of high intensity bootcamp-style exercises.
This will test your strength, stability and general fitness. Although this class may be fast-paced, my classes are created so that everyone can work at their own pace, no matter your fitness level. As long as you give it your all, you will achieve great things!
At the end, we’ll have 5-10 minutes where you can ask any questions. For example, you can ask me about an exercise that we did during the class that you are unsure about. You will all be muted so feel free to play your own music during the class.
