Come and join us for this fun, challenging and rewarding hula hoop dance course. Over the 8 weeks, we’ll build your skills, learn some simple combinations and routines together and give time to developing your own style and flow. You’ll use muscles you didn’t know you had, give your brain a workout and learn new skills. Expect a great soundtrack, beautiful countryside setting with safe social distancing.
Hooping burns about 210 calories in 30 minutes – slightly less than push-ups, but a ton more fun!

Taught by Emilie, a pro hula hoop teacher and performer with over 10 years of experience. Emilie’s also a fully qualified yoga teacher who’ll guide you through the moves at your own pace, incorporating sweaty workouts, great tunes, moving meditation, strengthening and stretching.
