Taught by Emilie, a pro hula hoop teacher and performer with over 10 years experience. Emilie’s also a fully qualified yoga teacher who’ll guide you through the moves at your own pace, incorporating sweaty werkouts, great tunes, moving meditation, strengthening and stretching.
