TWIN HOOPING INTRO WORKSHOP
– Two hoops are better than one?!
An introduction to spinning 2 hoops.
We’ll break down the moves and start to get to grips with some simple, but fancy-looking fun stuff. Ideal if you have a little experience of hooping or some poi play in the past!
Expect your brain and arms to feel the burn at the end of this session.
Hoops are provided for the session.
