How to run a small event or workshop, with Sue Palmer

What you will learn:

• structuring and planning, timings and scheduling
• communications, publicity and marketing including ticketing
• participants and audiences
• thinking through inclusivity
• what you need to know about insurance and risk assessments
• policies that you need in place, including safeguarding
• including climate, wellbeing and the environment in your thinking
• managing problems
• documentation, evaluation and follow-up

• anyone in Frome and surrounding communities who is connected to Green & Healthy Frome.
• ages 16+

This training session will aim to give you a good ‘how to’ grounding.
