Traditional Hatha yoga class for people who have experience of yoga. This class is suitable for students who have been practising yoga for a number of years with a reasonable understanding of the yoga postures. It’s designed for those with a yoga practice who want to develop their practice and go deeper into the philosophy and teachings of yoga.
We explore breathing, postures and deep relaxation to help ease stress, anxiety and calm the mind to its best state. Expect chanting, pranayama, readings from yogic scriptures and asana.
