JAZZ: Azhaar Saffar + Graham Dent Trio

3rd Sunday jazz at the Cornerhouse…

The versatile jazz violinist and vocalist Azhaar Saffar makes a welcome appearance at the Cornerhouse, Frome with the Graham Dent trio (Graham on keyboard with Adrian Smith, bass and Greg White, drums).

Azhaar also leads her own band, Global Wave, which features her original music inspired by her travels in South America.

The gig on Sunday will present a mix of influences – classic jazz, bossa nova and bits of world music….. interesting!

We might even include something Christmassy.
