An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Saturday, repeating until 30th May 2020
A 30-minute class consisting of a mixture of functional kettlebell exercises. This will test your strength, stability and general fitness.
My classes are created so that everyone can work at their own pace, no matter your fitness level. As long as you give it your all, you will achieve great things!
At the end, we’ll have 5-10 minutes where you can ask any questions. For example, you can ask me about an exercise that we did during the class that you are unsure about. You will all be muted so feel free to play your own music during the class.
You will require kettlebells for this class, ideally light, medium and heavy weights (relative to you).
