A special one-off free class for parents/carers and their children aged between 4 and 12 years old. It has been designed especially for families to enjoy time on the mat together with the intention of being kind to ourselves and those around us through the practice of some simple yoga poses.
The class will introduce the children to some fun animal yoga poses. Carers will join in with partner poses, whilst learning some techniques to help children manage their own emotions through some relaxing breathwork. There will be time for relaxation together at the end. Note: Parents/carers must stay with their child during the class.
Please bring a drink of water plus two yoga mats: one for you and one for your child. If you only have one mat, then it will be possible to share. Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothes that allow movement and stretching. We will take off our socks to avoid any slips. Please dress accordingly!!
Participants are limited to a maximum of 15 children plus their parent/carer, and it is essential to book in advance.
