Lantern Making Workshops

This year Frome’s Light the Night is going to look a bit different due to the Government guidelines on social distancing. Following in the footsteps of Window Wanderland we’re inviting Frome residents to light up their windows for all of Frome to enjoy – it can be anything from a simple lantern to Christmas decorations.

We are asking you to light up your lanterns in your windows from from 27th onwards and through the Christmas run up to make Frome glow and shine.

If you’d like to be a part of Frome’s Light the Night, please enter your address below – this won’t be publicised but enables us to evaluate the project.

In the lead up to this Frome Lanterns are running a number of live online workshops:

• advice sessions for beginners – if you’ve not made lanterns before
• advanced sessions – if you want to get more creative!

There are limited spaces so please only book 1 session to enable as many as possible to take part.
