Why not join us over May 28-29 for a Living History Weekend at Field 725, recreating life as it once was back in the 17th Century.
Come along and meet the Wardour Garrison who are a group of enthusiastic re-enactors of how life might of been in England during this time period. They will be here with us at Field 725 for Saturday & Sunday to provide a rounded slice of history and they will be demonstrating how both military and domestic life used to be.
This weekend will be packed with fun when children and adults will be able to join in a range of activities. Don’t miss this great opportunity to step back in time, have a go at sword school, learn about nature by going along on a herbs walk or even master the art of writing with a quill.
Alongside this, Field 725 will be hosting a local history tent, wildcraft activities and various walks & expeditions for you to explore the local area. Food and drink will be on sale and camping over is welcome.
Day tickets are £10 for the day and £5 for children. Camping over on Saturday is an additional fee of £15 per adult and £5 per child. Tickets are available in advance or, subject to availability, on the weekend.
