Local Entrepreneurs Forum: Citizen-led Economic Change for Frome
What if…our entire community could get together to support local, social, sustainable entrepreneurial projects? What if we could build an entire ecosystem of support around the types of initiatives we want to see flourish in our town?
Join our Community of Green, Friendly Dragons
Join us for an evening of connection, celebration and solidarity. We’ll share local food, enjoy music from the streets of Frome, and come together to “invest” in local start-ups or enterprises that need our help to grow.
Entrepreneurs need all kinds of support. Financial capital is important, but so are other forms of support, from skills, networks and workspace, to child care.
We all have a stake in our local economy and we can be all be investors, too.
Entrepreneurs supported by the community do better. The local economy does better too. Everyone has a say and a part to play in the kind of economy they want to see in Frome and the world. You can, of course, invest money, but also your time, resources, skills, enthusiasm, and any other kind of support!
Tickets are free and include a delicious, locally-sourced dinner.
