The highly acclaimed Bath Consort (Julia O’Connor – soprano, Marie Elliott – mezzo-soprano, Matthew Spring – theorbo & lute, Linda Stocks – cello & Jacquelyn Bevan – keyboard) perform a selection of some of the most glorious arias and duets of the Baroque era, by Bach, Handel, Purcell, Dowland and others. Dressed in stunning Baroque costume and usually performing by candlelight, the Consort take their audiences back through the centuries in the beautiful setting of St John’s Church.
