Magnificent and Monstrous?

In this talk Revd Colin Alsbury shares a mixture of anecdotes and stories about folk from the Frome area who have produced work or lived lives that have been described as ‘magnificent’, and others who have done deeds or lived lives that have excited reaction to their ‘monstrous’ behaviour. Whether our generation would share contemporary judgement is another matter. Also in the church will be displays on the theme ‘Making, Shaping & Creating Frome’ with accompanying floral arrangements. Light refreshments will be on sale.
