Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and CBT

The gold-standard mindfulness course, as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.  An in-depth experiential and educational program, where you learn mindfulness meditations and mindfulness in daily life.

This is an 8 week MBSR/MBCT course.  Mondays 7 to 9.30pm, 10th October – 5th December 2016
