This 8-week course uses shorter mindfulness meditations, and also looks at the theory and science behind mindfulness. It is suitable for both people who are new to mindfulness but are not ready to take on the demands of an in-depth MBSR/MBCT course, and for MBSR/MBCT graduates who would like to refresh their practice and learn more about the theory. This course can also be taken one-to-one by Distance Learning.
