Monthly Paraclimbing Social

• Ensure you are registered and signed in at the wall, then ask for James Rudge at Reception.
• The sessions are inclusive and a safe space for EVERYONE. Whether you have a physical impairment, learning disability, are neurodivergent or are just looking for a welcoming and adaptive community to climb with, we want to develop this community and to introduce you to the world of Paraclimbing.
• The sessions will help develop social as well as independent climbing.
• GB Paraclimber and qualified instructor James Rudge will be on hand to offer any support or experience he can.
• The building has disabled parking spaces and ramped access to the gym.
• We have agreed a discounted price with the climbing wall to help break any financial barriers to Paraclimbers alike.
• Accessibility has been considered, and arrangements can be made such as turning music down for someone with a sensory difference.

There is no need to book in advance, but please do reach out to @rudge_paraclimbing before so that he can help with any preparation that may be required.

The sessions will happen at Frome every 3rd Friday of the month.
