It’s the party we’ve been waiting for – the first ever Marston Park New Year’s Eve Party!
December 31st will see the south side of the lake transformed into the place you need to be to give a big warm welcome to 2022. We’ve planned a good old fashioned knees-up for you, with loads of glitz, glam, dancing and DJs. There’s also some outstanding food to enjoy as your last meal of 2021.
With over 1,000 international gigs under his belt, Fenna Rhodes will be spinning house, disco, funk and hip-hop to see in the New Year with a bang. Nicole de Leilei will be playing rare groove and soulful sounds to warm up the evening in style and there’s live acoustic jazz to kick off the night.
Why not make a night of it and treat yourself to the Dinner and Dance package with a delicious three course meal? Featuring culinary delights such as Miso beets, clementine, goats curd and pine nuts, Cornbread and chorizo-stuffed Texan quail, followed by Bourbon bread and butter pudding. From £45 per person, this includes your dinner and all the music and entertainment.
We also have some great drinks packages and lakeside tables available to pre-book from £250, making the perfect base camp for your group, with a stunning view of the Light exhibition across the lake and entrance to the exhibition.
If you’re just here to party, there’s an £18 ticket option which includes your entrance and all the music and entertainment. We will be serving small plates of yummy bites should you require sustenance to keep you going ‘til midnight! Speaking of entertainment, and seeing as our Guy Fawkes fireworks were so popular, we will be seeing out 2021 with some wildlife friendly fireworks at midnight.
Good to know:
• Enjoy an art exhibition with work from Shelly Dyer-Gibbins and other local artists
• Dress to impress Marston Park-style; we’re talking sequins, feathers, disco but feel free to pop your most glam wellies on if it’s looking a tad muddy
• Doors open at 6pm and food will be served from 6.30 – 9.30pm
• Over 18s only
We are in the process of redeveloping the Discover Frome website, and invite you to share your views on the current site with us.
