Nordic Walking uses specially designed poles that harness the power of the upper body to propel you forward as you walk. The poles provide support for the joints and muscles and activates 90% of the muscles in your body so you will get a full body workout.
This style of walking is based on the natural and fluid movements of walking so will help to improve posture. Doing regular exercise releases endorphins which can help us to feel happy, healthy, and more energised. It can also help to regulate mood and decrease anxiety. You’ll be spending time outdoors connecting with nature and your surroundings.
