Nursery Rhyme Trail

Join us at Palette and Pasture for our Fun-Filled Covid-19 Safe Nursery Rhyme Trail 2021.

We have designed an exciting Nursery Rhyme Trail, which is a walk of approximately 1km. Enjoy watching and helping your children work out the Nursery Rhyme Scene at each station. There are 20 in total. Complete your puzzle sheet, and hand it in at the end to claim your trail gift.

Whilst on the trail you will enjoy seeing the fish, sheep, piglets and calves.  All forms handed in will also go into a daily prize draw for a ‘gelato for four’ voucher. Winners will be randomly picked and announced on our social media pages.

This event is ticketed. Numbers are limited due to Covid-19 regulations. Please book your tickets through ticket source;

Everyone attending will require a ticket except Children under 2 years (however if your child is under 2, and would like to complete the trail activity and receive a gift at the end, they will also require a ticket)
Children aged 2 years and older, but not wishing to participate in the Trail activity will require an adult ticket to gain entry.
Adult £3.50; Child £4.50 (includes pen and paper, Trail Gift & entry into daily prize draw for ‘gelato for four’ voucher)

COVID-19
In light of Covid-19 and social distancing regulations, we are limiting numbers on the trail at any one time, in accordance with current Government guidelines. For bookings the rule of 8 with a maximum of 2 households applies to this activity.
Alcohol hand gel will be available on entry and exit

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Trail is NOT suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Please be aware you will be walking through fields, therefore the ground will be uneven in places.
This is an all-weather event so please dress appropriately for the weather on the day. Wear wellies!
This is not a weather dependent activity. We have all weather car parking available
Please remember to be on time for your pre-booked slot. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to use your slot.

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. You will be walking through some grazing fields, so please remember to pick up after your dog, and dispose of their waste responsibly at the end of the trail in the bins provided

THE ICE CREAM PARLOUR
The Ice Cream Parlour will be open from 10am until 5pm, serving hot and cold drinks, ice cream and some savoury snacks.
There will also be lots of our delicious 500ml ice cream tubs available for you to purchase for home
The Ice-Cream Parlour has a one-way system and toilets are available.

BOUNCE IN YOUR BUBBLE
Weather permitting, Jumping Jo’s will be at Palette and Pasture during our Trail Event with their bouncy castles for ‘bounce in your bubble’.
You do not need to pre-book, just book on same day. Price; £5 a child per 1/2 hr bounce. We recommend you book your bouncy castle time slot before commencing the trail, as they can get booked up quite quickly
