Joseph Pilates was a man and designed his work for men! This course is geared towards the men, recognizing that men commonly have tight hamstrings and lower backs, and tend to be stronger in the arms and legs. Incorporating variations on the exercises and stretches to alleviate overuse of the hip flexors, accommodating for tight muscle groups and assisting with injury recovery. You will learn precision and control of movement, increasing and improving balance, coordination, stability and sports performance.
Join Mairi for an introductory course of 6 weekly classes. (you must be able to attend the first 3 classes).
Suitable for complete beginners, returners, or those with limited experience and will be limited to 8 participants. (mats and equipment are provided)

Mairi is an experienced Pilates Instructor, trained under Michael King at The Pilates Institute in London. She has been teaching group and one-one-one sessions in Frome and surrounding areas for over 12 years.
