An event every week that begins at 9:15am on Sunday, repeating until 15th Dec 2019
Working with basic Pilates and Mindfulness concepts, this course offers an introduction (or perhaps reminder) to the traditional Pilates exercises that will help to improve the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles, and increase strength and stamina. You will practise and experience the benefits of mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and to promote mental health and wellbeing.

Classes are small and informal will be limited to 8 participants – mats and equipment included
(you must have had your 6 week GP check-up, be cleared to exercise and able to attend the first 3 classes)
Mairi is an experienced Pilates Instructor trained under Michael King at The Pilates Institute in London, and a fully qualified Mindfulness Practitioner of the UK College of Mindfulness. She has been teaching group and one-one-one sessions in Frome and surrounding areas for over 12 years.
