A gentle, whole-body approach to postnatal recovering including pelvic floor health, core strength, gentle yoga and mindfulness. Designed to help you adapt to early motherhood, manage the changes and feel more at home in your body.
This class is perfect for you if:
• you’ve recently had a baby and need some simple, practical exercises to help you strengthen.
• you have pelvic sensitivity or leaks
• you have lower back pain
• you feel like your core is weak or have a tummy gap
Classes are taught in small friendly groups and you’re welcome to come with or without your baby.
Join when you’re ready – babies welcome up to crawling stage. Buy a pack of either 5 or 10 classes and choose your start date online.
