Discover how a more move-able pelvis can open up fluid and integrated movement throughout your whole body – making walking, running and sitting more comfortable – as well as easing back and hip tension. We will use the gentle, but powerful, floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method® to bring to light limiting habits, increase our sensory awareness and open up new possibilities for effortlessness in everyday life.
