This gives a sense of inner support and expansiveness and also clarifies your personal boundaries so that you can relax into being yourself without feeling stressed by external pressures.
Bill is one of the original pioneers of experiential, somatic therapy in Europe and teaches Inner Qigong all over the world as well as running regular classes in Frome.

3.15-3.45 – Time and Space to be in our Bodies with Soo Wright of Evergreen Dance
When we dance we feel fully alive. Dancing allows us to be in the moment, where we can’t think about the past or the future, and to get out of our everyday head and let go of negative thoughts. In this session you’ll learn and perform a simple, low-impact dance to music with others. No dance experience necessary – all welcome!
