A wonderfully nourishing and effective 5 week course. Providing pregnant ladies with essential birthing breath-work methods, supportive and strengthening techniques, positions to aid labour, deep relaxation and time to connect deeply with your baby and other pregnant ladies. Wonderful in helping in lowering anxiety and stress and increasing self-confidence. CONCESSIONS available for those with due dates before course. The course is SUITABLE from 14 weeks onwards. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
