Monthly 2 hour qigong class at Vallis Farm.
Second Fridays of each month, Jan 12th, Feb 9th, March 8th, April 12th, May 10th, June 7th.
9.30am – 11.30am.
Each session is £12 but if you would like to come to all six then I am offering a bundle rate of £62.
Exploring standing, sitting and moving practices, suitable for all levels.
