Sean McGlynn’s new book “Robin Hood: A True Legend” provides a fascinating and very different interpretation of the folk-lore figure popularised in recent films.
Sean’s original research on the subject brought him global media attention. The book reveals the most probable candidate for the real-life inspiration behind the legend, a documented historical figure who has been missed by other historians.
Sean has written three critically acclaimed books on history and is a regular contributor to The Spectator, History Today and BBC History. He also lectures and previously taught at Frome College.
