Rooted in Nature – Robbie W Jones

Robbie Jones is a Woodcut Artist, illustrator & designer, based in Frome. Robbie’s inspiration comes from a mixture of nature, the bold imagery from traditional tattooing and folklore. Rather than printing from the woodblocks, they are left as the original carving to showcase the contrast between the black and natural wood tones.

This series of work titled “Rooted in Nature” explores different elements of the natural world and formations of the land.
