Ols talks about how he came to create the pop-up Circus Sauce kitchen and became part of the award-winning and much-loved Giffords Circus. With stories about being part of the troupe, to recipes and tips on foraging, Ols will be in conversation with Gill McLay who worked alongside Giffords’ late founder, Nell, on her own writing.
