Scaravelli Yoga in the Tower

Classes are designed to introduce both beginners and those with experience in yoga and bodywork related practices to a Scaravelli-inspired approach.  Rebecca’s work is also influenced by somatic movement, structural integration; each gateways to find movement and rest, structure and flow.  A small group, bespoke approach to help you find flexibility and strength, balance and stability in body and mind.
