START-UP TOOLS: PROJECT PLANNING & GOVERNANCE

This workshop focuses on the implementation of your start-up idea. It will cover project management, a rough guide to legal structures, decision making, reflective practise, and how to develop niche skills that you need to make your idea a success.  

You will leave with a practical plan about how you will operate as a start-up.

The workshop is for people who would like to realise a community-focused business start-up/project or realise initiatives within existing organisations. It will also provide useful tools and approaches for group leaders and facilitators who want to work with teams to set up community enterprises or projects, or who want to explore replicating Edventure in their town.
