Strange Preachers

In this talk Revd Colin Alsbury explores the significant range of preachers that J W Singer would have heard at St John’s, including many key figures of the day such as Pusey, Keble, Gore, Benson, Ouseley and Lowder.

Also in the church will be displays on the theme ‘Singer’s legacy at home and abroad’ with accompanying floral arrangements.

Light refreshments will be on sale.
