Fun and friendly, these are yoga classes where you don’t have to be super flexible or have a bionic body.
Yoga teacher, Elaine Marie Ewens will guide you through a series of postures, breathing and visualisation practices. By individual attention she will aim to ensure you stretch and strengthen yourself in a safe way.
Classes are on Tuesday evenings (5.45-7.15pm) @ Key Centre, Wednesday mornings (10-11.30am) @ HUBnub & Thursday mornings (9-10.30am) @ C&G. Book 5 minimum from 24 classes. All dates listed on event website.
