Support for Dementia Information Day

Frome Dementia Action Alliance are pleased to announce that there will be an event for the public to learn more about what is on in and around Frome to support people living with and caring for people with Dementia.

If you are a local business or group that would like to have stall, please get in touch.  It is free to attend and will be advertised to raise awareness.
