Swing Dance Social and Beginners Class

Our second evening instalment of swing dancing, vintage music and delightful company! With a Beginner’s Class to set you off on your way to the dance floor. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro come along and meet the swing folk of Frome and beyond.

Beginners Class, 7.30pm-8.15pm:
This is a drop in class for beginners and those wanting to recap what they’ve learnt. Netty and Tam will guide you through some of the swing dancing fundamentals, so you’ll be able shimmy your way onto the dance floor after. No previous dance experience necessary, and all levels are welcome.

The Social Dancing, 8.30-11pm:
All levels and all ages welcome! If you haven’t tried swing dancing then come to the Beginners Taster Class for some moves to get you started, or to recap what you’ve learnt. Swing dancing is a very sociable dance – all levels dance with each other and the focus is on having fun, not on what you know!
