A Beautiful Decade
The Operation, are Alex Veale (Tax The Heat) on guitar/vocals, Nick Wilton (Ghost Of The Avalanche) on bass/bvs and Oli Court (The Milkies) on drums/bvs.
To mark 10 years since the south-west based power trio released their debut album ‘Beautiful Days’ ,the band have announced a special ‘Beautiful Decade’ reunion show to take place on the 26th July 2019 in their hometown of Frome, Somerset.
Back in early 2009, their classic-rock inspired music with strong pop sensibilities stood in stark contrast to the new indie and synth pop of their peers which caught them the attention of the american music press, garnering the then young band a cult following both sides of the Atlantic.
