This play shares the personal and public heritage of people with learning disabilities through the worlds we have inhabited – inside worlds as well as bricks and mortar buildings – with a lively mix of cabaret, music, theatre and storytelling.
We uncover stories and truths full of joy, music, nature and community. We also look directly at the harder truths – of sadness, loss and language.
Please note: we will sometimes be using language of the time that nowadays is used as insults and is offensive. You will see how we are telling the truth – both good and bad.
