Whatley Quarry Walk

A four-and-a-half-mile circular walk starting and finishing at Mells, following the perimeter of the quarry at Whatley.

The route includes footpaths, fields and farm tracks, with amazing views down into Whatley Quarry.

There is, however, at least half a mile of hard-going uphill walking, over uneven ground with rocks, roots and dead branches, as well as going down two lots of uneven wooden steps.
