This workshop is for you if you could use some time and space to resource yourself in the run up to the busyness of midwinter festivities. Gently guided practical embodiment tools to help you connect with yourself, with options for movement, stillness, some tasty spiced winter snacks, zero pressure and no woo.
What’s embodiment?
Simply put it’s how you do you. It goes deeper than body language or mindfulness to explore habits and patterns. These practices can show you ways to bring more awareness to your state, offer options to take into everyday life beyond the walls of the workshop.
Self care has been a bit of a buzzword recently because it’s necessary. But it can be so much more than candles and bubblebaths (though those are pretty nice too!) self-care can be owning your boundaries, giving yourself space or turning off your phone.
With awareness of the shifting seasons this session will have a decent dose of hygge to help you ride the rest of the festivities feeling resourced.
