Perhaps the end of last year felt busy for you? It can be a tough time to navigate, with so many demands on our time and attention, leaving us feeling compressed, disconnected, scattered.
This practise will encourage us back onto the path home; a reconnection with the body using Mindfulness and breathwork practises and a simple, floor based yin practise for a deep release within the body, inviting rest and relaxation.
