My teaching approach is to create awareness for the own body by respecting the body’s limits – without refraining from challenges. I offer adjustments and modifications of postures according to individual needs so they are suitable for beginners but also for experienced students who look for a challenge.
My classes are suitable for beginners but also for experienced students who look for a challenge; they are attended by men and women of all ages.
Classes are running continuously during term times; the first lesson can be booked and paid individually, so students can decide whether or not they like to commit to a block of five or seven weeks (which is payable in advance).
Starts 1/12/14 – weekly term time only.
