Taking in the beautiful surroundings of Rodden Meadow, this class is designed to help unravel physical tension whilst calming the nervous system, taking its inspiration from Vinyasa Flow Yoga but without being too wild or intense. The class will help you connect considered movement with deep breath in fluid but easy to follow sequences.
