A new Zumba Gold Class is starting on Wednesday March 6th in the BODYbasics Studio at Frome Football Club. This will be a weekly class and is open to anyone that loves to combine dance and fitness but to go at their own pace. Open to anyone that wants to try something new, this class is suitable for all ages – young and old, all are welcome!
