Frome Half Marathon supports We Hear You

We Hear You (WHY) formerly known as Positive Action on Cancer, is delighted to announce that it has partnered with Frome Half Marathon this year and have been donated 10 free places to offer to participants willing to support WHY.
The offer is open to supporters wanting to run in either the full Half Marathon, 10k or 5k distances.
Helen Sprawson-White, Fundraising Officer from WHY said “We really appreciate the support from the Frome Half organisers. This year WHY has had a record number of referrals from children and adults in need of our help and keeping up with the growing demand for our free service has been one of the biggest challenges we have ever faced. These donated places give us the chance to raise much needed funds in order to pay for the extra counselling sessions required to support these local families. All participants need to do is contact us to register and pledge to raise the £50 minimum sponsorship. We are really excited about being a part of this brilliant event!”
