Recently named the trendiest shop in Somerset, by Somerset Live, Truly Sopel should be high on your list of shops to visit if you’re looking for an intimate Valentine gift. And to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year they’re giving away a pair of Sweetcakes knickers with all Truly Knickers ordered online! Still Sisters
For all the gin lovers out there, Still Sisters are offering Valentine’s weekend Gin Tasting Packages on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th February as well as Monday 14th. It includes their gin tasting experience, a Valentine themed cheese and charcuterie board prepared by Keren’s Comfort Kitchen, as well as one of their beautiful 200ml heart shaped bottles of gin to take home. The package costs £70 per couple and can be booked through their website.
You can also buy their heart shaped bottles filled with any Still Sisters gin or their special limited edition pink gin from their distillery shop.

Frome Brewing Company offer the perfect gifts for a craft ale lover! Choose from their tasting box, ultimate beer lover’s gift box or a simple mini keg. If you’re really not sure, they also do gift cards so your beer loving lover can choose their own!

Hakko House @ Palmer Street Bottle
Hakko House and Palmer Street Bottle are teaming up for a pre-Valentine’s evening special menu on Friday 11th. They’ll be offering a Special Bento Box Set Menu which will include a Bento Box, Miso Soup and Chiffon Cake.
Tables available at 6pm & 7.45pm but space is limited so make sure you book in advance through Hakko House.
The Archangel
Enjoy a special set three course menu available between 6pm-9pm on the 11th, 12th and 14th February. Choose from a delicious selection that includes pan fried scallops, cajun cauliflower steak, Chateaubriand to share and dark chocolate fondant.
White Row Farm Shop
If you’re planning a night in but fancy a special dinner and don’t have time for the shopping and prep, then check out White Row’s Valentine’s Dine at Home Meal. Simply pre-order, collect, heat and eat. To pre-order ring 01373 830798 on or before 10th February.
