Frome Youth Choir warmly invite you to their free summer concert, exploring wonderful words and music from writers and composers past and present.

SOLSBURY HILL ENSEMBLE – JOURNEY AROUND THE WORLD

Join Solsbury Hill Ensemble in a joyful celebration of music from around the globe. A relaxed concert atmosphere for all ages, with ribbons for dancing and craft activities for children, featuring Alison Boden on violin, Lucy Hewson on violin/viola and Lorna Davis on cello.

Kicking off The Sun’s Frome Festival programme The Raggedy Men never disappoint! It’s punk…but not as you know it.

BACH BY CANDLELIGHT

Experience the beautiful, sacred music of J. S. Bach in this half-hour, candlelit performance. Enjoy two of his most famous motets, ‘Komm, Jesu, komm’ and ‘Singet dem Herren’ with cello and chamber organ accompaniment.

BACK WOOD REDEEMERS / DRY WHITE BONES

Tequila-soaked double billing to kick off The Cornerhouse’s Festival programme. An evening of dirty rock ‘n’ roll, dark country, twisted blues, hot chilli sauce and funky garlic mayo from rusty throated Back Wood Redeemers and Dry White Bones.
